A cozy hand-knitted blanket sounds
pretty good right now, doesn’t it? I know it can seem like an overwhelming
project, but you would be surprised how quickly and easily a blanket comes
together when you don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Does a block each
month sound pretty reasonable? Sure it does. If you can handle that, you’ll
have a blanket by the holidays.
Join Adrienne on the first Monday of
each month in 2016 (except July), and finish the year with a hand-knit blanket. You
only need to sign up and pay for one session at a time. See how easy we are making it for you?
The pattern for each block is
unique, and many blocks will give you the opportunity to learn a new skill. You
will use Cascade Eco or Eco+, a great yarn at a great price. Eco will knit up
quickly, will wear like iron, and won’t cost you an arm and a leg. You can
choose to design your blanket with one color or several colors. We do ask that you come in to pre-order your yarn in mid-December (by 12/14, please) to make sure you get just the right color.
When your
knitting is complete, Adrienne will show you how to seam up your blocks. And just like that, you have knitted a blanket.
