I do love a yarn with yak! It adds such a nice dark halo to the finished fabric. This beautiful Mer-Yak is hand-dyed in Washington state. If you love jewel tones, you should really take a look!

Have you SEEN the daylights yarn from Harrisville Designs? It's the day time cousin to nightshades, which is such a cool yarn, too. Nightshades feature a black base with hints of color, and daylights is the white base with hints of color.
